Way too early to tell. If the Dems do very well in PA in 2008 and 2010 and their is either a very popular Democratic President that looks like they will win in a landslide or a very unpopular Republican about to lose in a landslide its a possibility. However, not only does all of that have to happen, but also only if Casey finds himself voting against the Dems on key issues or causes a real stir and Casey seems a bit too low key to do that.
