It'd be a few thousand dollars here. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the price in NY were enough for a decent house in a nice neighborhood here (about 100,000).

Looks like the sort of house you might get for free or $500 around St. Louis.  But it would be hard to operate anything in most neighborhoods of that sort, both because of the robberies/attacks/vandalism, and because no one would go there to see a show.

And because it's structually unsound. You can't endanger the public by operating a facility in a building that is likely to collapse.
