This reminds me of the dark days of summer 2011, before Newt-mentum, when Gingrich was largely confined to doing events within driving distance of his house.

I still don't get why exactly he is running to begin with. He's a nice guy and would probably make a good President but he stands no chance and the whole party-switching thing is kind of a no-no in today's hyper-partisan America.

Bless his heart though.

He has a few interesting ideas like the metric system and pardoning Snowden, but he doesn't really have a niche. Sanders is already anti-war. I know that he's really pro-environment, but that doesn't leave him much room to stand on.

At least he's providing entertainment. I still smile whenever I think about him actually running for President.

I doubt that he'll break $1 million for the second quarter.

He seems to be running for the sole purpose of saying really anti-Hillary things that other, more mainstream Democrats wouldn't touch.

I imagine he won't endorse her if she's the nominee.

And how awesome the Metric system is. I wonder if he'll talk about that in the debates.

Actually, if we still picked presidential nominees in smokey backrooms, and the convention was deadlocked, he might emerge as the nominee.

I wouldn't be surprised if Chafee ran as an independent or third party.

Chafee is like this strange guy from MI who ran in 2008 or 2012 in the GOP primary, played the guitar and then dropped out again after a few weeks.
