You better have a pretty damn good reason. If you want the housing thing added there is a much faster way to go about it then trying to force a failing cloture vote.

It's nothing personal, I'm just trying to keep this from being dealt with until my proposal to get rid of the SoIA section of the constitution has been passed or rejected. It feels weird talking about how to expand the position when we are simultaneously debating ending it.
