To be fair, I have a decreasing level of faith in the initiative system. It was a decent idea... I'd be leaning towards abandoning it.

I'm changing my vote to nay, only because I think it deserves a chance BUT I'm willing to see the end of it if it again is wasted on frivolous nonsense.
