SCHEDULE OF ROUNDS:
Rounds 1-42 (Single Elimination)Sad You will have 5 eliminate points to spend. You may either spend all 5 points on one signatory, or give 3 points to one signatory and 2 points to another. You will also have 3 keep points, which you may divide as you wish between up to three signatories. The signatory with the most eliminate points (after subtracting any keep points they might have) will be eliminated. There is one catch, however. Whenever only one signatory remains from any given state, that signatory gains immunity until the top 13. This guarantees that the top 13 will be comprised of one signatory from each state.
Round 43 (Single Elimination)Sad As there will only be two signatories without immunity in this round, you will simply vote to eliminate one of them.
Rounds 44-55 (The Top 13)Sad You will vote to eliminate one signatory per round until we can name the Signatories of the US Declaration of Independence Survivor!

In case of a tie, the first tiebreaker will be number of eliminate points in the current round (i.e. a signatory with ten eliminate points and three keep points will be eliminated over one with seven eliminate points and no keep points). The second tiebreaker will be points in previous rounds (eliminate points minus keep points). The third tiebreaker will be my vote. I have no vote except to break a tie in this manner.

The Final Round is open, and will close no earlier than 12:45 am Eastern Time on Thursday, June 2nd. Please indicate whether your vote is for the person whom you wish to eliminate, or the person whom you wish to be the survivor. A vote that does not so indicate will be treated as a vote to eliminate.

I don't have a quota, but I'd wait for Fab and Hans anyway. The round will remain open at least until both of them vote.
