Per wikipedia, the democrats have 4 options for their plan B.

John Carney, U.S. Representative, former Lieutenant Governor of Delaware and candidate for Governor in 2008[4]
Thomas P. Gordon, County Executive of New Castle County[5]
John Kowalko, State Representative[6]
Peter Schwartzkopf, Speaker of the Delaware House of Representatives[6]

Rating for this race stays at Safe D for now.

This is undoubtedly the worst time you could post that. At least wait a week man.

He at least could've posted it in a different thread.

I'd say Democrats are heavily favored, but Republicans have a strong recruit here in Colin Bonini.

What's so great about Bonini?

Came very close to winning State Treasurer in 2010 (with 2%), currently a State Senator, so real experience both in government and in statewide electoral politics.

He still lost in 2010

He had to deal with Christine O'Donnell at the top of the ticket. Delaware 2010 =/= anywhere else 2010.

That being said, the tiniest of chances he would have.

Delaware also had a Democrat pick up Mike Castle's seat in Congress in 2010.
