I thought this was about education. Seems to be more about Simfan trying to get it on with Nix and the colleagues getting jealous about it.

I have not reviewed the matter of constitutionality as closely as I would have liked but I would say that my first inclination is that this would be unnecessary, but I understand how the question could alter that and without a court case to resolve the matter, there is not definite answer in that regard.

I am conflicted on this but my preference is that the voters have the responsbility to ensure they elect responsible officials and merely relieving those offices of said responsbility will do nothing save to leave even less motivation to act responsibly on those areas that remain.
