Tough call for the best. Mark Warner and Tim Kaine are both great Senators, but I'll go with Warner because I think he's been more effective overall. John Warner was pretty solid too. Robb was alright, and lol at Jim Webb. It's pretty hilarious to think that his campaign is what got me so heavily into politics, but that's because George Allen was definitely the worst.
