This bill has my 100% support. I might even have prevented Xahar from coming back has it been in place.

As much as he deserved it, he was not banned. He was simply put on post moderation, IIRC. Perhaps I need to clarify to avoid confusion...

That doesn't work either. As far as atlasia is concerned the new account is considered a "new" citizen.

Link? And why is it currently okay for it to be a crime to have two accounts registered if that is the case?
