Rubio stated that he will not be running for Governor this morning. Of course, he could eventually run (if he does he'll be destroyed) and these statements mean nothing, but lets put this to rest for now.

Not even. He's hated by just about every major consultant of consequence in Florida except for the one with his lovechild....and she probably hates him too.
