The day was marked by another tense debate in Parliament and very controversial decision of Speaker Aguiar-Branco:

The debate was about housing with the presence of the Infrastructure minister, Miguel Pinto Luz, but other topics like the new airport were also discussed. Because of the new airport, André Ventura criticized the timetable for the construction of the new Lisbon airport, between 10-15 years, pointing that Istambul new airport was built in just 5 years and that the Turks "are not known for being the most hard working people in the world", which created protests from other parties:

BE immediately criticized Ventura's words, saying he was creating stereotypes that should not be part of the debate. However, Speaker José Aguiar-Branco disagreed with BE and said that in a democratic debate everyone can express themselves as they wish, thus guaranteeing, he said, freedom of speech. He also added he will not be a "censor" to what MPs say. This led the PS caucus leader, Alexandra Leitão, to ask the Speaker if is allowed for a party to call "lazy" or "dumb" to a certain race or ethnicity, in which the Speaker responded yes, as it's freedom of speech and every word said by MPs in this house would be judge by the people on the ballot box.

It also depends on how you define geniosity, a lot of those are geniuses within their respective fields they are known for.

Canada isn't sending its best. It's sending actors and maple syrup products. It's sending political activists. And it's sending...those with strong opinions! Some, I assume, are bad people.

That was a great line by Rep. Crockett! More people need to clap back at MTG.

Anyway, those of who are groaning about "decorum," "this is embarrassing," and whatnot need to stop.

The UK pretty much has weekly roast sessions in their parliament that are worse than this. Also, in certain other countries, some of their politicians regularly get into scuffles and fights in their houses of parliament. So some word-jabbing is nothing.

In order to judge over who is a genius or not, you have to be a genius yourself, because only than and only than you are able to understand what their work was about and what it meant for the world.

At this point, the poll is just hearsay and ppl voting for scientists on who is a genius or not.

I agree, especially since the Chinese economy can collapse at any time.

I just got polled for a Quinnipiac presidential poll.  It was a lot of questions about Israel-Palestine and Russia-Ukraine, whether we trust Trump or Biden more on various issues, a few about Trump's New York trial, and a couple random ones (in addition to and 2 and 5 way toplines).

I hope you realized it was a scam before you gave them your social security number.

They didn't ask for any of that sort of information

This thread has just one......enduring and continual logical problem when presenting it's argument against Donald Trump.

Nice Old Man

I know this is bait, but that's a flub literally anyone could make. I'm pretty sure I've made that flub.

I've never thought that Hannibal Lecter was a real person (who was dead, for some reason).

Can we be intellectually honest and say both are a bit oobatz?

Yes. Donald is giving it too him online.

Posted today by Donald Trump.

Joe Biden and Alzheimers

I wouldn't attack Biden so much. You don't need to.

Donald should just talk about himself more.
