I don't see an opening for him he'd be a first term Gov against two termers like Walker, Jindal, Christie, Bush he'd have much less of a record to tout come 2016 than the others in the field. Also what sets him apart from Walker how would he be a stronger candidate?

He'd be a great VP choice, but I don't know about president. Too lackluster, the GOP seems to want a relatively well-spoken true believer type.

Why he brings nothing to a GOP ticket. Not a women, not from a swing state, not a minority etc.

His narrow win for the Governor's race in Indiana suggests that he may not play well nationwide. I believe he also had a very conservative voting record while he was in the House.

Pence would have to resign like Christie and Walker if he wants to be able to raise the $$$ from Wall St. Remember the strict campaign finance rules against Governors.

There is no room for him his record is pretty sparse I mean what has he done in Indiana besides stopping Common Core? Just can't think of any big accomplishes that would make him stand out from other Governors like Walker, Jindal, Bush...

Stole a lot of jobs from Illinois and his vocational education programs.

Compared to the likes of Scott Walker, Bobby Jindal, Rick Perry, Jeb Bush that's nothing.

Walker & Jindal still haven't accepted a Medicaid expansion.
