Then put a big plexiglass dome on top of the US ?

The dome can be opened via the combination 1-2-3-4-5.

The WaPo says that for FY2013 (the most recent year for which they could get data) there were 822 Canadians illegally crossing the northern border, as opposed to over 400,000 Mexicans illegally crossing the southern border:

So Walker might want to rethink the cost/benefit ratio of building a northern wall.
