Uh, this is a signal that civil society will break down if Trump is nominated. If you want to return to Detroit '67, then nominate Trump. He's simply unacceptable in modern America.

Republicans in the Chicago suburbs aren't crazy; the head of the Cook County GOP just endorsed Kasich. These are pearl-clutching upper middle class white suburbanites; they're terrified of a repeat of Detroit '67 in Chicago, which is what will happen if Trump is nominated.

His campaign has been declared finished time and time again, but yet it hasn't ended yet. This will not end Trump's campaign, not by a long shot.
