There are currently 32 completed supertall skyscrapers in the US, as expected all located in the heart of major cities. Here is a reference: https://skyscraperpage.com/diagrams/?countryID=2

While in 2020, all of these buildings were in Biden precincts, a surprising number were in precincts that were somewhat close and shifted right

Some candidates:

-The Stratosphere in Vegas. It's precinct only voted for Biden by ~20% in 2020, and the precinct lurched pretty hard right from 2016.

-Some of the "Billionaires Row" apartment buildings in New York City - many of these weren't completed until after the 2020 election, and from 2016-->2020 many of these ultrawealthy precincts around central park swung right despite high educational attainment. Even today these precincts have tendencies to vote downballot for Republicans - Silwa won a few in the Mayors race and Hochul almost lost 2 in 2022 Gov. There also is evidence those living in these superluxury towers in the area are more favorable to Trump so perhaps more being completed since 2020 could be enough to flip a precinct.

-Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Miami. While this isn't finished yet, it's Miami and downtown Miami is much closer and swung pretty hard right in 2020.

Overall though I'd say no - most of these precincts would require a pretty hard right swing and the increasingly Residential nature of these downtown areas becoming home to many college educated young professionals doesn't help either.
