Define that life begins with conception.

Well, technically a mass of cells is "living", so if you want to go the literal way have at it.

But inanimate zygotes are not human beings, so if that's what you mean(you probs are), then no. If I remember correctly, the fetus becomes viable after about 6 months, or something along those lines.
After 6 months you want to restrict abortion? I'd mostly agree with you.

But before 6 months? Nah bra



And what does Hitler's attempts at population control have to do with abortion...?
