Do you support giving constitutional rights to non-citizens who are terrorists?

Well... if we KNOW they are terrorists then they are subject to our justice system.  And will certainly have anything resembling freedom stripped from them.  In the end, yes. 

Now I know that it just irks you conservatives to no end that I would grant rights to a terrorist and not extend them to a poor, innocent little "baby"... but I believe that an embryo is still intrinsically tied to the mother, and the attempt to protect the unborn tends to lack practically to an extreme degree.  I suppose abortions never happened when it was illegal, right?
