America's energy independence will be another weapon against terrorism because it will deprive terrorists of the revenues from America's energy dependence on foreign oil that they are using to fund and prepare terrorist attacks against the United States and their allies. This will be another factor of terrorism's defeat.


While Vladimir Putin is invading Ukraine, Russia is the greatest oil producer in the world by producing 10 250 000 barrels per day, which explains Ukraine's dependency on Russian oil and gas. It reinforces Russia's hold on Ukraine. So if America takes advantage of all its energy resources, encourages oil production and abolishes ban on oil export, we will export more oil to Ukraine, which will make Ukraine less dependent on Russian oil and gas, thus reducing Russia's intrusion thanks to Ukraine's orientation to American energy resources.

Mr. Pearcy understands nothing about foreign policy and still has much to learn about it. He described Ukraine's leader, President Petro Poroshenko, as a neo-fascist. No wonder that he's ready to say and do anything to get elected, but the only thing he is doing is insulting the American people's intelligence.

Thank you New Hampshire.

I want to congratulate Rand Paul for his win in New Hampshire. Even though we didn't finished at the top, these were very close results. Even though we finished second here in the Granite State, we will win the Republican nomination. Remember 1992, 1996, 2000 and 2008.

In this time of economic stagnation, we need to embrace free enterprise and economic freedom in order to ensure massive job creation and economic prosperity for all by cutting taxes for all the American people, which will reinforce their purchasing power, clinching energy independence through increasing oil production and drilling that will get us more revenues that will be invested for renewable energy development, expanding free trade to reduce the cost of trading and to make us competitive in the world economy, making education accessible for all of our people, balancing the budget, invest a part of future budget surpluses into the development of infrastructure and championing businesses to reinforce their capacity of growing, expanding, innovating, producing and hiring.

In this time of war and growing terrorism, terrorists and all tyrannical regimes supporting terrorism are threatening international security and freedom by attacking us for what we believe. Iran and North Korea are developping their nuclear weapons and a nuclear attack from these nations would be very catastrophic and cost hundreds of thousands of lives or worse. Russia and China are pursuing their expansionist policies by deploying military troops in the territory of their neighbours to take control of these zones for economic, patriotic and territorial purposes, thus violating their neighbours' territorial integrity. We need to increase defense spending, to reinforce and modernize our military, deploy all the necessary troops and arsenal in the Middle East to fight and destroy terrorism. We need to reinforce and expand our alliances in the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent to defeat terrorism and stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons and supporting terrorism and around the Pacific to prevent North Korea from pursuing it's nuclear program and to stop China's agression in the South China Sea.

Now, time has come for us to turn the page and to engage in this fight for liberty. As the New Hampshire official motto says, either we live free or we die. For us, the choice is very easy : living free. But to live free, we have to fight for freedom and that's what I'm going to do in the economic area and in the foreign policy area as the 45th President of the United States of America!

During the eight years of Barack Obama's presidency marked by excessive taxes and regulations, America has become a harder place to do business, thus shipping jobs overseas and wiping off economic opportunities offered by the American Dream. But Nikki Haley orchestrated a very different leadership. The Palmetto State is among the states with the lowest tax rates on businesses, the most competitive wages for workers and the weakest unionization in America, which classified South Carolina among the states creating the most favourable environment for businesses in the United States, which helped this right-to-work state to attract some large companies like BMW and brought positive effects on South Carolina's economy. Thanks to Governor Haley's leadership, South Carolina managed to attract new companies by reducing corporate income tax rate to 5 %, by abolishing state property tax, local income tax, inventory tax, sales tax on manufacturing equipment, wholesale tax and unitary tax on worldwide profits and by having industrial power or materials for finished products, which boosted job creation and innovation in South Carolina. She cut taxes and regulations and successfully invited business to move to South Carolina by considerably lowering the cost of doing business in the Palmetto State, which created over 80 000 new jobs in South Carolina during the five years of Haley's leadership as Governor and reduced the local unemployment rate from 12 % in 2009 to 5 % today. No wonder that South Carolina is ranked as the 7th state with the fastest job growth.

That's why we need to cut taxes and regulations for all Americans, to abolish the IRS and replace by a 15 % flat tax, to reduce our corporate tax rate to 20 %, to abolish Dodd-Frank, to reduce the cost of doing business in America and to cut taxes for manufacturing businesses, which will make America the best place in the world to do business. It will attract companies to move to the United States and encourage our future business owners to chose America as the place to open their business and help them to innovate, to create jobs and to ensure America's prosperity.

Antonin Scalia was appointed by President Reagan 30 years ago. He was a legal giant. He was a brilliant man. He was faithful to the Constitution of the United States. But it underscores the stakes of this election. We are one justice away from a Supreme Court that will strike down every restriction on abortion adopted by the states. We are one justice away from a Supreme Court that will reverse the Heller decision, one of Justice Scalia's seminal decisions, that upheld the Second Amendment right to keep and to bear arms and to ensure self-defense.

We are one justice away from a Supreme Court that would undermine the religious liberty of millions of Americans. To me, the issue of life is not a political issue. It's a human rights issue and it's a difficult issue, because it puts in conflict two competing rights. On the one hand is the right of a woman to choose what to do with her body which is a real right. But on the other hand is the right of an unborn human child to live. And they're in conflict. And as a policy maker, I must choose which one of these two sides takes precedence. And I have chosen to err on the side of life.

Here's what I find outrageous. There has been two Democratic debates. The media has not asked them a single question on abortion. Why doesn't the media ask Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders why they believe that all abortion should be legal, even on the due date of that unborn child? Why don't they ask them why they believe that partial- birth abortion, which is a gruesome procedure that has been outlawed in this country, is a fundamental right? I can't wait to expose them in the general election. I am the only candidate in this race who is 100 % pro-life and I believe that we don't resolve a tragedy through another tragedy. If I have a choice to make, I will always choose life.

The Obama Administration has failed to create economic opportunities for the American people, including the Hispanic community. This is due to the rising size of government that is weakening our people's purchasing power by taking them money away through higher taxes and regulations.

No wonder that the economy is the number one issue Hispanic voters are most concerned about. As President, I will reduce the size of government, reduce taxes and regulations, abolish the IRS, make America energy independent, lower our corporate tax rate to 20 % and reduce the cost of doing business in America, which will allow all Americans, including Hispanics to prosper.

Nevada has a history of being the site of many nuclear tests, especially during the Cold War during which a nuclear war could have been triggered at any moment. But fortunately, we won the Cold War, thus destroying any chance of nuclear war with the Soviet Union.

But today, even though we are not in the Cold War, we've got Iran who seeks to develop nuclear weapons while Barack Obama allowed Tehran to do it through this Iran nuclear deal that lifted sanctions, thus giving Iran the necessary capitals to keep building nuclear arms and to sponsor international terrorism. We need to expand our military alliances in the Middle East, to put in place anti-missile shields to take down any nuclear missile and to restore these sanctions in order to stop these capitals to fall in the Iran's hands and to be used for the development of nuclear weapons as well as for the annihilation of America and its allies. Iran's nuclear energy should be used for economic growth for the sake of a better and prosperous future for the Iranian people who is already struggling to find jobs and to prosper.

We've also got North Korea who is seeking to develop its nuclear arsenal to strike the United States and its allies, especially South Korea and Japan. But I have shown leadership on this issue by successfully co-sponsoring the North Korea Sanctions and Enhancement Policy Act of 2016 that reinforced sanctions on North Korea and on international companies that are serving as financial intermediaries to North Korea and transferred them millions and millions of dollars for the development of nuclear weapons. As President, I will keep that leadership and I will create the Pacific Treaty Organization (PTO) in order to reinforce our military alliances and increase pression on Pyongyang and thanks to anti-missile shields, we will destroy any missile launched by North Korea against us or our allies.

That's how we're going to protect freedom, peace and international security.

Just like all the American people, the Hispanic community is suffering the constant tax and regulation increases of the last eight years. The people are afraid about the future and lost their jobs. Hispanics are working twice as hard and are making half as much their kids are graduating college and they are struggling to find a job and they are stuck with student loans. This is real life and I think Barack Obama is going to be held account for that. He is going to have to explain to all Americans, including Americans of Hispanic descent, why things are not getting better despite the fact that he's gotten everything he's asked, including taxpayers' money, and that's why my approach is going to create an appeal to all Americans, including Hispanics, because I understand their struggles as a son of Cuban immigrants.

Some candidates in this race don't understand the truth about the rise of ISIS. The emergence of ISIS is caused by the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq by the Obama administration while our troops' job to defeat terrorism and to train the Iraqi army was not yet accomplished, which resulted to Iraqi troops' unreadiness against radical Islamic terrorists who were able expand its territory until Baghdad on only a few weeks. This rise is also due to President Obama's lack of leadership and incapacity to renew the Status of Forces agreement. ISIS' emergence is also caused by the schism between ISIS and Al Qaida. That is why we need to fight and defeat ISIS, Al Qaida and all other radical Islamic terrorist groups, which requires the restoration of American leadership, the modernization of our military, the reinforcement and expansion of our military alliances, to strike radical Islamic terrorists on their territory, to provide weapons to the Kurds and to put in place background checks on Syrian rebels before arming them. That's how we're going to defeat radical Islamic terrorism and to restore international security, freedom and peace.

Hello, my fellow African Americans, my fellow South Carolinians, my fellow Americans. You know, even under Barack Obama, African American's living conditions have gotten worse. For too long, the Republican Party has struggled to open its doors to the African American community. And we've got some candidates in this race, including Senator Paul, who failed to defend the needs and the interests of the African American people. Remember, a few years ago, he said that private businesses should be allowed to discriminate based on race. He tried to deny it, but he failed. In a 2002 letter, Paul had written to a Kentucky newspaper arguing that private individuals should have the right to discriminate, even if it is abhorrent. He even said that private restaurants wouldn't have to serve Martin Luther King. He claimed that taking on such ethnic discrimination would be in violation of private property. He's wrong. If we give African Americans and other ethnic minority groups the chance to be served in private restaurants and to be employed, we will encourage private property as well as free market because the more people we serve, the more money will be spent by consumers and the more money workers will make. Consumption is one of the most important strengths of free market and all the U.S. economy. The more people we hire, the more competitive businesses will be. Marco Rubio understands my community's concerns and social struggles. He knows that we are the party of Abraham Lincoln, the man who freed African Americans from slavery. Like Rubio said : « If you are white in America, you cannot fully understand what it means to be black in America. » The racial tensions got worse than they were ten years ago and the economic sluggish we are actually living has deepen racial inequalities. We need a reformed criminal code, which criminal regulations and laws are easier to understand, a reform of civil forfeiture by which people suspected of crimes will be deprived of private property. We need economic growth for all the American people, including African-Americans and we need to promote school choice to give African Americans an easier access to education. That's exactly what Marco Rubio will do as the next President of the United States of America. He will make sure that all Americans, including African Americans, will have jobs.

And I am proud of Marco Rubio's support to Governor Haley's efforts to remove the Confederate flag from South Carolina's Capitol Hill because he knows that All Lives Matter. That means black lives, white lives, Hispanic lives, Asian lives, Christian lives, Muslim lives, etc. That's why I became a Republican. Marco Rubio is the only one who can defeat the Democrats because he will open the Republican Party to all ethnic minority groups, including African Americans. Why? Because for Marco Rubio, All Lives Matter.

Marco Rubio's response to Rand Paul in Reno, Nevada

First of all, I never said that I was Ronald Reagan. I am my own man. Secondly, when it comes to John McCain, Mitt Romney and Bob Dole, they would have been, without any doubt, better presidents than Barack Obama who is destroying our economy through big government policies and is disengaging from our fight against terror, allowing terrorists to attack us. These three men would have put in place a conservative agenda that would have cut taxes and government spending, reduced the size of government, got us to energy independence, kept us safe against terrorism, they would have defeated radical Islamic terrorism and they would not have tolerated abortion and gun control. So Rand, it is deplorable, shameful, inexcusable and irresponsible to dishonor these three honorable men who, for all their adult lives, fought for all the values that make America great, free enterprise, democracy and security, who would have made better leaders than President Obama and would have prevented the mess in which America is today. For TPP, we can avoid job losses by reducing our corporate tax rate to 20 %, which will make us competitive because the reason why jobs are shipping overseas is that we have the highest corporate tax rate in the developped world, which is 40 %, while Singapore has a 17 % corporate tax rate, 17 %. By cutting taxes and regulations for manufacturing businesses, we will keep American manufacturing jobs here in this country because it will make America the best place in the world to do business and that will allow us to create more manufacturing jobs. I am the only candidate in this race who is proposing conservative solutions to the economic challenges facing our country. And yes, I will represent a new voice in the White House because this election is a generational choice about what kind of country we will be. The establishment has never suggested background checks on Syrian rebels before arming them while I did propose this, which will help us to identify the Syrian rebels who deserve to be armed and those who do not due to ties with radical Islamic terrorists. The establishment has never suggested to reduce our corporate tax rate, while I did propose this. I believe and I know that our country has always been about the future. Before us now is the opportunity to author the greatest chapter yet in the amazing story of America. We can't do this by going back to the leaders and ideas of the past like the Democrats are suggesting. We must change the decisions we are making by changing the people who are making them. That's why I'm running for President to lead America to the future, to a New American Century through free market solutions, a business-friendly environment, energy independence, education reform and budget balance. That's how we're going to get to the future because bigger government policies that take money from taxpayers, make us dependent on foreign energy and offshores American businesses overseas push this nation backwards, to the past. Fighting the Iranian nuclear threat is crucial not only for international security but also to protect freedom of religion. If Iran gets nuclear weapons, they will bomb Israel through nuclear missiles, which would wipe Israel off the map and cause the massacre of a great part of the Jewish people. Such move is in violation of freedom of religion, an important wall defending justice, freedom, democracy and gender equity and an important element of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. If we take action, if we put in place anti-missile shields to take down any Iranian nuclear missile and if we restore diplomatic and economic sanctions against Iran, we will stop Iran from getting the revenues from the lifting of sanctions to keep building nuclear weapons and to support terrorist groups. That way, we will not only prevent any war against Iran but we will also save Israel, the Jewish people and Middle Eastern Christians from persecution, which will save freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the right to peaceably assemble and the right to petition. If you want freedom to be maintained and your values to be defended here and abroad, I'm asking for your support.

Yesterday, we've learned that the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) took control of Al-Shaddadah and a nearby oilfield in Syria's north-east Al-Hasakah Governate after clashes with ISIL militants. This is another step to victory against ISIS not only because these radical Islamic terrorists lost ground but also because they lost some of their oil refineries that they used to produce oil that they sell in order to fund their terrorist attacks. So ISIS lost a part of his revenues from their oil refineries. That is why we must take on ISIS, strike them, take their oil refineries and give them back to the Syrian people. That's also a reason why America must get to energy independence by drilling its energy here at home in order to take advantage of all its sources of energies, which will not only bring massive job creation here in America but will also make us independent on foreign oil and deprive terrorists of revenues from America's energy dependence to finance their terrorist activities. That is another tool to defeat terrorism and that's another element of America's victory against terrorism.

Voter 1 : Senator Rubio, who do you consider to appoint to replace Justice Antonin Scalia at the Supreme Court of the United States?

Marco Rubio : Well, there is a lot of qualified Americans across this country whose most important values are defended by the Constitution of the United States. My list of potential nominees is long. I will appoint a constitutional conservative who will defend every single article, amendment and word of the Constitution of the United States and will fight for everything we've got from the American Revolution thanks to our Founding Fathers.

Voter 2 : Senator Rubio, should we renegotiate our relations with Pakistan due to suspicions claiming that Pakistan sponsors terrorism?

Marco Rubio : Yes, absolutely. In fact, Osama Bin Laden has been hiding in Pakistan for ten years and we only found him and killed him by ourselves. We have to make sure that Pakistan is on our side and ensure full Pakistani cooperation with the United States in the War on Terror and our broader counterterrorism efforts in the region. Pakistan must fulfill its obligations to deny safe haven to all terrorist groups and take action against those who aid, support and abet them. Continued U.S. security assistance should be conditioned on Pakistan’s actions against militants that seek to destabilize Afghanistan and the Middle East and threaten the U.S., as well as steps Islamabad takes to support accountable, civilian governance. One sign of Pakistan’s seriousness is its handling of the case of Shakil Afridi who was arrested by the Pakistani authorities while he assisted U.S. efforts to locate Osama Bin Laden.

We must also make human rights issues a priority in discussions with Pakistan. Pakistan should enforce its laws equally, giving women and religious minorities the full protections they deserve. In particular, it is long past time for Islamabad to repeal Pakistan’s harsh blasphemy laws, which unjustly carry a death sentence and enable extremists to blackmail and intimidate their opponents. Prisoners on death row for this so-called « crime » should be released immediately.

I hope our two countries can improve our cooperation on these important issues and as President of the United States, I will make sure that this will happen.

Marco Rubio is proud to be in the party of Abraham Lincoln who freed African Americans from slavery while the Democrats opposed the abolition of slavery as well as African Americans' freedom. Some Democrats like George Wallace, an ardent segregationist during his career, has said during his inaugural address "Segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever!"


Even under Barack Obama, African Americans' living conditions got worse. Some of them were unfairly killed, especially in Ferguson and Charleston.



The Republican Party has a clearly better record in improving African Americans' living conditions than the Democratic Party. Here is a great example of this matter of fact : Marco Rubio supported Nikki Haley's efforts to remove the Confederate flag from South Carolina's Capitol Hill after a supremacist killed 9 African Americans in Charleston, South Carolina. As President, Marco Rubio will cut taxes for all the American people, including African-Americans, in order to give them a stronger purchasing power and to help them to prosper. He will reform criminal code, which criminal regulations and laws are easier to understand. He will reform civil forfeiture by which people suspected of crimes will be deprived of private property. He will promote school choice, which will cost families, including immigrant families living paycheck to paycheck, less and produce higher outcomes compared to public education. It will grant parents the power to orientate their children out of poorly-performing schools assigned by zip code and look for better education elsewhere. It will expand opportunities for low-income students—especially minorities—to attend high-quality schools that would otherwise be accessible only to higher-income families, thus increasing their chances of success and of entry into the workforce.

That's how the African-American community will prosper and that's how we will bring this country together through racial relations' improvement. So the choice for national unity is clear : Marco Rubio.

North Korea has become much more dangerous than ever before. Kim Jong-un seeks to develop North Korea's nuclear arsenal in order to trigger nuclear wars against its neighbors, especially South Korea and Japan. And some Chinese companies are transferring millions of dollars to Kim Jong-un's regime to finance the continuation of their nuclear program. Unless we take action, these nuclear missiles will be used to strike the United States on their territory, especially Hawaii, Alaska and the Western Coast, which would cause millions of deaths and the beginning of a nuclear war.


Marco Rubio has demonstrated strong and courageous leadership to face this threat. He successfully co-sponsored the North Korea Sanctions and Enhancement Policy Act of 2016, a bill that increased diplomatic and economic sanctions against North Korea and imposed sanctions on companies that are serving as financial intermediaries to North Korea, which deprives Kim Jong-un's regime of the necessary revenues to the development of nuclear weapons. As President of the United States, Marco Rubio will not only keep that leadership but also put North Korea back on the list of state sponsors of terror, put in place additional sanctions especially on their leadership who holds significant assets overseas, rebuild our military alliances in the Asia-Pacific region and recommit to missile defense in order to take down any North Korean nuclear missile or weapon of mass destruction launched against the United States or their allies. That's how we're going to win without any war with North Korea.
