Yes, NJ-02 went for Barack Obama in 2012 by over eight points, more than Ros-Lehtinen's district did under current lines. Of course, the partisan gap between these massively went into reverse in 2016, with LoBiondo's district going for Trump with 50.6% of the vote and Ros-Lehtinen's district going for HRC with 58.5% of the vote.

Ros-Lehtinen by DW-NOMINATE is slightly more conservative than LoBiondo.
