Perry's foreign policy views?

I'm sure he is probably soft on illegal alien policy.  After all he is a farmer from a border state.  He knows how those farms and ranches maintain decent margins

What are they exactly? Should we just expect the usual Bush-era bulls.hit or will he take a more nuanced approach to international affairs?
