And there we go, Politico calls it for Alexander, who is leading Carr 52-37 at 20.4% in! Flinn at 6%, Agnew at 2%, everyone else at 1% or less.

The Tea party has failed in every single attempt to knock off a senate incumbent this year! The republican party has finally learned their lesson...more conservative candidates are NOT the answer.

You know what would be weird, that an incumbent loses tonight, but not the one everyone thought would lose.  We really could see that happen.

Wamp's closing in on Fleischmann, but I'm not sure there's enough left to make a difference.

Now it's a 800-vote margin:

C. Fleischmann (i)   50.7%   27,649
W. Wamp               49.3%   26,865

Fleischmann up only 647 votes but the 30% of the district thats still out looks friendly to him (though I'm no TN authority).
