The thing is, Gravis is pretty terrible, but they're usually at least consistently terrible - about 5-10 points off. I think there are two explanations for this poll: Either it was published prematurely (without any weighting, just the raw responses) or the race has tilted to be more in Clinton's favor, and this is just a dramatic exaggeration of that. I think it's less likely that Sanders is in the lead and that this is just a complete outlier given the direction this particular race has been trending recently.
