Technically a liqueur but still much higher alcohol level than wine, let's mention Amaretto. It's very good (almond or apricot kind of sweet taste), and you can naturally do nearly anything with it: Put it in coffee in the morning, drink it on ice as an aperitif in the afternoon, and put it on ice cream (never did that) or make mixed drinks or cocktails with it in the evening. You can technically drink it all day, although that's certainly not recommended.
