Somebody needs to smack the grin off Mccain's face. At least make a good point before grinning retard.

The spending freeze is the stupidest idea I have heard in a while. Excellent response by Obama.

Mccain is being incredibly condescending. I don't know how that will play out with the public though. It just seems like the indies and the democrats seem to be agreeing more than indies and republicans.

I'm not saying I'm entirely objective, and I'm definitely not saying I'm representative of the audience:

But, so far, I think this is a somewhat uninspiring win for Obama.

Agreed. He is playing defense but Mccain comes off as a little smug. Nobody is winning this thing.

Great response from McCain!

"Obama didn't know that Pakistan was a failed State!"

Too bad there wasn't a failed state. Musharaff just took over in a good old fashioned coup. And then he invaded India to become popular.

Obama totally owned Mccain on Ahmadinejad. Ahmadinajed is just a puppet of the ayotollah. And again MCcain laughed like a smug bastard. You were wrong dumbass.

Ooh that last bit was rough. Of course irrelevant but that doesnt matter. Ahmadinajad would never say " destroy israel" while meeting with an American president. Of course logic does not matter. The cnn audience didn't like it though.

McCain has successfully defined Obama with this debate.

"Obama just doesn't understand."

He has nailed that line several times, in the midst of explaining policy issues that Obama clearly knows nothing about.

Too bad Mccain is the one who doesn't understand.

I wonder if being respectful will give Obama an advantage. If I was on that stage I would have probably slapped the smug bastard. Good thing I'm not running.

That (Obama's last spiel) was the highest I've ever seen the meter go.

Look how its dipping for McCain...pretty big spread between R and D/I.

That's because all Mccain does is attack. Obama attacked Bush but gave Mccain credit where it was due. MCcain is not doing that.
