Under the U.S constitution you don't actually have to be born in the U.S. You just have to be born by two at least one naturalized U.S citizen. People like John McCain, Ted Cruz and Barack Obama were not born in the U.S however still have a naturalized parent so therefor they are constitutionally eligible to be president
