not about their term, but about how good the guy himself was, like the people who say Hoover and Carter were bad but not bad guys wouldn't put them on the list.

I say:

1-LBJ (corrupt, scandal-ridden, selfish bastard responsible for the deaths of 60,00 Americans, countless Vietnamese, Camodianas and Laotians, and a US President)
2-George W Bush (I should probably say Cheney, but my reasons are obvious)
3-Andrew Jackson (genocidal Native slaughterer)
4-Reagan (heartless bastard)
5-Fillmore (Xenophobic Know-Nothing candidate)
6-Coolidge (arch-conservative with ties to the KKK)
7-Tyler (racist fool)
8-Pierce (another weak leading racist)
9-Wilson (despite his accomplishments, his racism, assaults on civil liberties, and lies about war can't be forgiven)
10-Nixon (just corrupt)

Harding wasn't that bad of a guy personally. Aside from the scandal (which he wasn't even directly involved in) I don't think he did that bad anyway, he pardoned Debs and was probably the best president on racial issues up until that point, he gave a very strong speech against lynching.

1. First of all, George W Bush does not make the list.  One may think he is a liar, but im sorry, I dont think he could be a liar unless he is faking his faith

and I think he is.

But they didn't directly involve him for the most part. I don't think he was evil or anything, just not fit to be president. Like I said above, I can somewhat forgive him for those on acount of the fact he pardoned Debs and was the best president up until the point on racial issues.

yes, I agree about Buchanan. Harding was a weak president but he wasn't a bad guy. Kind of like Grant.

Although Buchanan isn't on my list anymore, he got bumped off by someone I can't believe I forgot.

I'm suprised you're the first Republican to mention Clinton. Soon as I made this I expected hordes of Republicans to go screaming "CLINTON #1 DEFINATELY, HE GOT A BLOWJOB FROM AN ULGY INTERN!"

Why Kennedy? That concerned about his private life?

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Ulysses S. Grant. Though perhaps a formidable general, he was a drunkard president who had no clue about how to be president.

because he was a good guy and good general, just not fit to be president.
