Aye . I'd have preferred my original modification to Section 10 of the ERSA, which is why I voted against 'my' amendment but this is better than to have no public notice of voting hours being mandated at all

As soon as the Second Modified Welfare Reform Bill is resolved as to the final content of Section 5 of the Electoral Reform System Act, I will introduce the Consolidated Electoral Reform Act, which will be:

1)   Sections 1 to 3 of the Unified Electoral Code Act; and
2)   Sections 4 to 14 of the Electoral System Reform Act, whatever the final shape of Sections 4 (formerly 5) and 9 (formerly 10) will be
