Okay, maybe Mike Johnson is a competent parliamentarian.

Valery Giscard D'Estaing.

Pompidou made a fatal mistake by letting the UK become a member of the EU.
François Mitterrand is a former Vichy collaborator.
Chirac is really funny but I haven't liked "Contrat Premier Embauche"
Sarkozy has ruined France's image.
Hollande is incompetent and HE NOMINATED VALLS AS A PRIME MINISTER.

So VGE, the most europhile president.
