Agree. If it's a black-and-white, I pick humanity, but it is a complex issue that is not black-and-white.

Strongly Agree. International law is weak and impotent. It would suggest you say "please stop" as a nation aims its missiles, and only allows a response after a number of your citizens are dead and portions of your cities are flat.

National boundaries prevent the creation of a global free market, and failing such, it is required to use those national borders to help the national market act as though the borders do not exist. Example: Cornering the market in one country is harder than the world, so just because laws let you do so in that one country, does not make this a free market situation. Therefore that country should indeed use those laws to prevent you from doing so.
