28 years later....

My best friend from my time in Hawaii (who now lives in Japan) is flying in to DC in about 30 minutes.  It's been 28 years since we've last seen each other.  It's hard to believe that it has been that long already.  There's only a handful of people I stay in contact from back then.   Maybe we can hit one of them up on Skype or something to have a mini-reunion of the old gang. 

Can't wait to see how he's changed and to get caught up on three-decades worth of stories!!!

Good thread, MODU, I think it didn't get much response because most people on here are callow youths, and/or have no friends.  I haven't seen my best friend from university days since about 2001 or 2002 I guess.  So, over a decade.  I suppose it is possible I saw him briefly once in 03 or so but I don't really remember it.  Miss him.. we are friends on facebook but rarely have any contact.
