Considering recent events in TX and FL, where the local election officials want to arrest the OSCE election monitors if they enter polling places ...

...

Of course they should (D), because it ensures that elections are made more transparent. I see no reason why the TX and FL officials would not allow them into the polling places, if they actually only MONITOR the election process, without actually DOING/SAYING something in the polling place if vote problems occur in front of them. As long as they are just writing the vote problems down, I'm totally fine with monitoring them. In this way, they are not an obstacle to the voting process or for the voters.

What do you think ?

I don't see what the point would be.  I was told all summer by a certain group of people that there was no large scale election shenanigans going on in the US and that's why we didn't need any kind of ID to vote.

The "problem" IDs would solve is not at all the biggest problem in US elections.

Yes of course they should be monitored, more people watching can't be a bad thing, especially considering the partisan handling of American elections.
