46% of the vote is reporting, though. How is that "basically nothing"?

Statewide is 27%. (I stopped trusting AOS months ago and refuse to use them for anything if you're referring to that site)

It's mostly just NM that is constantly editing stuff that they reported earlier. That's why the network call took so long, Santa Fe's vote total was jumping around and they had to verify that it wasn't going to suddenly give Sanders a win.

No exit poll. Yeah, the margin has been pretty steady throughout the count, but the networks aren't comfortable with assuming much when they have no metric to measure the remaining 75% of the vote by.
