If you didn't think the piece was offensive, why were you so quick to jump up and condemn me?  You attacked my article before I had made any other posts on the thread.

No.  Fine newspapers such as the New York Times and the Washington Post do obituaries all the time.  A little morbid, but not offensive.  I think honoring the memory of our soldiers, however misguided you may feel the battle that killed them, is appropriate journalism.
