West Virginia id assume that the DC exurbs had a huge boom in the late 2020s and through the 2030s while the rest of the state still lost population causing the state to flip fairly easily . The South East is easy as well as its basically racial depolarization causing MS to Flip and NC to becoming more dem.


Its hard to say AR,TN, KY, ND, NJ, CO though .
