...Or even a <10-point win for Trump.  Where does Hillary need to maximize her margins in the state?

Since the county generator doesn't work for me, I made this in GIMP:

Very generous to Hillary, especially for percentages.  Assumes about a 10-30 point swing in each county, with more populous counties swinging harder in her favor than rural/downstate counties.  Her key is to hit 60% or more in Salt Lake County (this has her at 70%) and keep Trump down in the suburbs.  If Hillary wins the state, which I maintain is still extremely unlikely, she'll win with barely 40% of the vote.

Salt Lake County has 37% of the state's entire population,  so if Hillary just has a blowout ~70% win there (somehow...) then she'd just need to hold Trump's wins in the suburbs down to below ~60%.   A lot of those rural counties in the east and west are very sparsely populated and don't count for much.

Salt Lake County is one of the more educated parts of the state and has the fewest mormons (percentage-wise), so this isn't entirely unreasonable.
