He strikes me as more socially conservative than the +3 in his sig.  Overall, about the score I'd expect from an OK Democrat.

Oh,  you mean Lewis' real avatar!

Germany is a beautifully-shaped country, though it looked nicer with East Prussia.  The orange shade isn't so nice.

Hmm, Fezzy.  +2, -3 is a reasonable score.  He'd fit right in with the intelligent wing of the Democratic Party.  Which is why we need to get some red in that avatar.
