Which would mean having older, sicker people pay more for their insurance than those younger and healthier (as Republicans seem to be proposing).  Which in a way suits me just fine if I were looking at it from a purely self-interested mindset.

I have relatives who once couldn't afford health insurance. The mandate was a nuisance for them. It was difficult for them to get coverage.
