Rick-mentum.  Perry got 11% in the CNN poll, and now 12% (and tied for the lead) in this one.  I think it's his best showing in a national poll since the 2012 campaign.

It's funny how this is one of the polls that doesn't include Huckabee, given that he has a show on Fox News Channel.  Maybe Fox didn't want to be in the awkward position of touting a poll that had their own talent at or near the top.
