Didn't Palin have to transfer to like six different colleges before getting her degree? Maybe you're judging Atlas by Mississippi standards.

I really don't know, because they both come off as though they don't give a damn. Bush not knowing the leaders of a litany of countries was jaw-dropping. How is that possible? Would Palin? Probably not, but she might do her homework because she's a woman whereas W was a down-home frat boy, so the fact that he didn't know a damn thing was cool. To a degree, they're both playing a role of the homespun knucklehead. I would think that she would know less than W because she was not given as much, but would I bet on it? Nope. W was handed so much and did so little with it.
