He opened his show with a message to all listeners he's been riling up for the past few years.

"Government is only one part of your life."
"Do not feel depressed."
"There is still room to work hard and succeed in America."
"There's a difference between concern and worry, panic, and sadness."
"We need to accept 50% of Americans disagree with us."

It still devolved back into his usual hackspit socialism towards the end, but it's better than what I expected out of him.

"We need to accept 50% of Americans disagree with us."

That's actually a big admission for him. Republicans usually argue that America is a 'center-right' country. But today on Morning Joe, Scarborough noted how the GOP lost the PV in 5 of the 6 presidential elections, noting 'and that is a problem'.

I think the first step for Republicans is to accept they don't have a monopoly on the truth and there is a new America out there that is very different than the mythologized Reagan era when the GOP was  dominant.

I doubt Hannity will be part of the movement, but when the GOP let's go of the crazies (especially the theists), a lot of people would be open to voting Republican again. Myself included. I voted for Arnie. I would have voted for Huntsman. I like poeple like Christie Todd Whitman and even Chris Christie. It's time for a new GOP like there was a new Dem party in 1992.

The GOP has an opportunity to come back. We need to find our Bill Clinton for 2016.
