I think she's turned off women more than men, at least as much as men, in that state. Her recent statement that Laura, who was a teacher, "never had a real job" might be part of it. She pushes people away from Kerry, in my estimation. And, because of Heinz, they're familiar with her there. And her elitism and tendancy to view ordinary people, especially those who don't support her husband, as scum bags doesn't help her.
