Rasmussen's numbers are actually more explainable, seeing as though some recent polls show more people supporting the health care law, and a slight bump for Obama's approval ratings. But what's up with Gallup and their voter turnout scenarios? Why are they showing some kind of blowout (not looking at their RV polls)?
