Are you positive Mineta is staying? BTW, Breaux could do either HHS or Energy and be the "token dem", also helps long term GOP prospects locally in Louisiana.

Snow and Mineta have both been asked to stay.

Mineta has said he would stay.  Not sure about Snow.  He hasn't made any comments recently indicating a desire to leave.  Plus . . . Snow is in a great spot right now to look real good with a recovering economy.

Man that eats it.  Another example why many bright and qualified people choose not to serve.  Everyone has skeletons and/or misdeeds for something like this to trip him up is a shame.  Isn't this the third time now- Linda Chavez, a Clinton Justice nomine who I can't recall at the moment and now Kerik
