I'm glad to see that Alison Lundergan Grimes is up; still, its a close race considering that Bandit said her opponent is a joke.

I could easily see Beshear breaking 60%.

Interesting that Kentucky lags behind Mississippi and Louisiana when it come to realigning with the GOP at the state level.  Are the Dixiecrats there that wedded to the Democratic Party?

Kentucky isn't Southern enough or rural enough for that.

Sadly, the word "libertarian" appeals to people these days.  The candidate "works in the IT industry" and wants to eliminate the position of State Treasurer and replace it with a computer.
