Check this out.  It's well worth the time to browse through this.  Romney supported minimum wage increases, a pro-choice position, strong domestic partnership laws...

Don't forget supporting the strict enforcement of gun laws and the AWB.

I wouldn't be surprised if he backs away from his opposition to minimum wage hikes on the grounds that "it was in the context of slowing/declining economy" and express openess to a hike during stronger cycles. I don't know why he abandoned it, unless it was to up his fundraising. It's not like he would have been raising it again anytime soon anyway after the 2007 increase and with the declining economy.

2002 Mitt and Jon Huntsman should find common ground and make the GOP into a respectable party again.

Well, he was to the left of Congressional Democrats on guns. They just let the assault weapons ban expire.

On Gun Control
Mitt Romney supports the strict enforcement of gun laws. He is a supporter of the federal assault weapons ban. Mitt also believes in the rights of those who hunt to responsibly own and use firearms.

Surprised that Romney hasn't heard of robots.txt, you know, with the name and all. ::)

On Abortion Rights
As Governor, Mitt Romney would protect the current pro-choice status quo in Massachusetts. No law would change. The choice to have an abortion is a deeply personal one. Women should be free to choose based on their own beliefs, not the government’s.

I miss small-government Mitt Romney!
