2) Nobody takes Paul seriously, so he's escaped scrutiny of the entirety of his platform. But if it ends up a two-horse race... he'll be eviscerated. So, I don't think it really matters. No, we really haven't. We've had Paul whine on, and very little MEDIA scrutiny of the Paul platform. So as a general view the public's perception of Paul is very VERY superficial. It's kind of cute how the Paulites are getting a half-mongrel (google it) on the idea that their agenda is popular... when it really, really isn't. Add the newsletter thing to a political platform a thousand miles out of the mainstream and you've got the recipe for Paul as the GOP candidate carrying three or four states at best.
