According to Nate Silver, the recent polls having Santorum with a big lead use Likely Voters whereas the ones of Santorum having a slim lead use registered voters. I've given up trying to figure it out. Rick didn't really collapse the first time. The original Iowa call for Romney made him a non-starter.
