Gurbanguli Berdymukhamedov, the current President of Turkmenistan, just happened to show up "unexpectedly" at Turkmenistan's first car race, then made an "impromptu" "request" to participate in the race, and then "miraculously" won the race.

So he won the race, big deal. Still, I won't be impressed until he renames the calendar after him.

I thought the crazy guy here had died. Does Gurbanguly have a rotating golden statue of himself yet? Is he claiming to be the true author of the Ruhnama?
