Talk Elections

Based on what you know of the preceding poster's personality, attitudes, style, personality in times of panic, courage/bravery and, yes, income level/class; would he have survived? If so, how would he have done so? Would he have died onboard? How would he have died - trying to survive or "dying like a gentleman"?

Go.

He would have managed (perhaps by affecting an snotty French accent) to talk his way on to the upper decks (or organized a team of husky males to break down one of the gates/doors that were "securing" the lower deck folks from their soon to be tomb), and secured a place on a life boat along with the other "gentlemen." 

Women and children first, would die like a man.

Would be one of the last ones above water as the stern went under...would then succumb to hypothermia

Gets on a lifeboat by stuffing his shirt with toilet paper breasts and hiding his Adam's Apple.

He's a kid (right?), so he'd be on a lifeboat and survive.

He seems pretty calm and not really prone to fits of panic, so I guess that he could be a good candidate for "dying like a gentleman". Then again, he might have tried to escape by jumping into the water or something.

Sneaks on a lifeboat.

From what I hear, he's a one percenter. That said, he'd probably be grouped into the wealthy gentlemen who can afford to spout stuff like "women and children first".

He's a "child" so he most likely escapes with his mother or something on a lifeboat.

Hash would be too busy updating his blog to even notice Titanic going down.

He would be too drunk to realize the boat is sinking. ;)

Turns into an eagle and flies off the ship while "Sister Christian" by Night Ranger plays in the background.

French version: Turns into a snail and slowly scurries off the boat while La Marseillaise plays in the background.

Would die waiting for a lifeboat with his mother.

Would make it into the boat, since he is underage. 

Would frantically try to finish a map of congressional elections in the 1890s in his cabin, and then would desperately try to get a lifeboat but wouldn't make it in time. He'd probably choose to go down, like a gentleman, clinging to his maps. Like every courageous man should do!

He'd make to the lifeboat but in a middle of the ocean his fellow passengers would throw him out, after he tried to engage them in a conversation of Carlos Luz's presidency.

Tries to save everyone, but out of drunkenness, he slips and hits his head, which results in unconsciousness. He perishes in the cold, alcohol-free water.

He was the watchman who failed to spot the iceberg.

I saw it, but I was so emo that I just let everyone die because that's an emo thing to do.

Lets the women and children first, but when the ship sinks he goes into 'Nam mode and swims across the Atlantic.

He manages to find a place on a lifeboat, but is subsequently thrown out after other people get annoyed by his bad jokes.

He'd find his way to a lifeboat, if only to make sure he lives to see Sarkozy defeated ;)

Decides to go down with a brandy.

Decides to sacrifice his life by giving his place on liveboat to Newt Gingrich.

Shoots the Captain in the f***ing face, turns the ship around, and finds Greenland.  Everybody rejoices.

Gets rip-roaring drunk and fools around, going down in style.

Walks calmly into the water making its way up the boat deck and disappears.  A few days later he is seen walking out of the ocean and onto the shores of Canada, only to catch a train home as if nothing happened.  There was no time to be cold, he had to get back to make some more french election maps!
